The place is special to me, because this is the hotel I proposed to my wife. It was clean, it had this warm feeling when I entered the place, it didn't have that anymore

The place is special to me, because this is the hotel I proposed to my wife. It was clean, it had this warm feeling when I entered the place, it didn't have that anymore. The walls were stained with god knows what, the bed sheet was itchy and towels were not clean, there were a lot of holes in the bathroom which made me and my wife very uncomfortable. The room was dead, it was not lively anymore like it used to be. I guess no one thought of maintaining the property properly, last time I stayed there is 2022...

Pros:

Property was okay but not that great.

Cons:

Property was in hustle bustle of koramangala, not idea location.

We got a decent room but the tv and ac both were not working. The table was broken.

When called for room service they were not able to fix the ac and tv issue, at the end they gave us a another room. Which was also decent.
