The property first denied the booking. They ask for more than the booking. I have to pay it. They told that they are not tied with booking.com.

I had booked the room based on the price was showing on Booking app. But after reaching hotel, hotel guy was saying we ca not give room for the rate was available online. So I pad extra thinking where to go late. I request hotel people be stuck with rate what people have booked it. But after reaching hotel if the room not available or can not provide on rate, it will be very difficult to find the room that time,

Bedding, toilet wasn't clean, no water bottle etc, flush wasn't working, mosquitos were in room, lights were not working, felt uncomfortable and unhygienic so had to order bedsheet and blankets but even after had to face skin rashes and allergy.
Online prices are not applicable as the excuse that this price is impossible so it's a good trick to catch customers and then ask for a higher amount.
