This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. Almost nothing worked properly, and the overall experience was extremely poor.
The facilities were either missing or not functional. Basic amenities that are expected as standard were not available. Cleanliness was below average, and the room condition was unacceptable for the price charged. It felt like zero effort was put into maintenance or guest comfort.
The staff was just okay-okay — not rude, but definitely not helpful or proactive. Requests were handled casually, with no sense of urgency or responsibility. There was no feeling of hospitality at all.
Overall, this hotel offers no value for money. Poor facilities, poor management, and an overall frustrating experience. I would strongly NOT recommend this place to anyone. Please avoid unless you have no other option.

Nothing was worth liking in this place, pls avoid this place at any cost. Save your money & health but not choosing this place.
The room was in terrible condition – it smelled awful and was clearly not cleaned properly. Cockroaches were crawling everywhere, including near the bed and bathroom. The walls were dirty, and the entire space felt unhygienic and neglected. Definitely not worth staying in. Avoid if you value cleanliness and basic comfort.
Honestly, it’s hard to find anything positive about this experience. The overall condition of the place overshadowed any potential good points. Basic cleanliness and functionality should be a given, and those were completely lacking here
The experience here was absolutely terrible. Cockroaches were running everywhere, making the entire place feel unhygienic and disgusting. The room smelled awful, like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The environment resembled a third-class lodge, far below any acceptable standard. To make matters worse, the heater didn’t work, leaving us uncomfortable in the cold. The place isn’t even neat and tidy. This is by far one of the worst stays I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."

It was very bad. Broken things, broken window, torn bedsheets, smelly toilet, no hot water in the shower, spa tub / mini fridge is a joke - nothing there! The worst of the lot - there were big cockroaches in the room - yikes!
