Cons:

Bed had bugs, room was very dirty, bathroom leaked all the time and staff was not professional. They didn't provide any water or kettle or anything that is mentioned while booking. I was charged 20 rs for a water bottle which should have been present in the room and 600 rs for just 1 hour early checkin despite rooms being available. Horrible experience especially for solo female travellers, won't recommend.

Hotel reception took 1000 extra for few hrs extra check in and getting fresh up, very annoying way it's not worth for the money may 1000 room , very upset it's an heist

Pros:

They asked us to move to a hotel nearby at the time of arrival becuase they were facing electricity isuues, but we got to know they booked over size and that is why they were asking guests to move to 200 meters away by crossing highways all by ourselves and they provide only 1 person to help who refused to carry more than 1 small bag. Absolutely rubbish behavior and response.
