Will never repeat my stay at this place ever.
Pros:

Location to work place and size of the room.

Cons:

Lack of amenities, no safe, no water boiler, no cups, no fridge. The room was infested with cockroaches. The plates they serve food with was dirty. The bed sheets were stained, the bath towel were stained. Room service inconsistent, no replacement of towel and toilet paper, have to ask.

Pros:

The food service and personnel was good. With welcoming behaviour.

Cons:

One staff member who provided hookah was rude. I ordered my first hookah and it was really bad. Ordered a second one with new flavour and he just made me the same bad one. And was pushing me to accept that it was good. Maybe people in Bhopal think that's hookah. At the end of the day I was scammed!

Didn't avail breakfast despite it being complimentary

Cons:

The fact that we were assigned a different hotel and did not actually end up staying at urban jade. Instead they gave us an alternate hotel owned by the same hotel group called the Banyan tree which was just as poor.
