Ubicación buena y el desayuno también.

Cons:

Que no hicieran aseo en las habitaciones y su respectivo arreglo cada dia. Falta que le realicen a las habitaciones algunas remodelaciones básicas, en las puertas ( No candados sino llaves ) y los estantes para ropa,,,,preservando el estilo

Estimado equipo de Booking,
Quiero presentar una queja formal sobre mi reciente estancia en el Hotel Spa Cogollo en Barichara, ya que la experiencia fue muy por debajo de los estándares mínimos esperados en su plataforma.
En primer lugar, es evidente la ausencia total de gestión y control del hotel, especialmente en horas de la tarde y noche. Durante nuestra estancia, no hubo personal encargado de supervisar el orden ni el comportamiento de los huéspedes, lo que generó un ambiente completamente inadecuado para el descanso. Hubo ruido constante, personas consumiendo alcohol y situaciones que hicieron imposible dormir, en una ciudad que justamente se caracteriza por ser un destino de tranquilidad.
El personal presente (dos señoras) claramente hace su mejor esfuerzo atendiendo múltiples funciones, desde recepción hasta limpieza y preparación del desayuno. Sin embargo, es evidente que no cuentan con el apoyo ni la estructura necesaria, lo cual refleja una deficiente gestión por parte de los propietarios, quienes no están garantizando un servicio adecuado.
Adicionalmente, las condiciones de la habitación fueron inaceptables:
Falta de limpieza adecuada
Ventilador en mal estado (no funcionaba)
El toldillo se cayó
Exceso de luz exterior que entra directamente a la habitación por falta de cortinas tipo blackout
Iluminación de pasillos encendida permanentemente sin ningún tipo de control o sensor, afectando el descanso
Este conjunto de fallas demuestra una falta de mantenimiento, inversión y cuidado básico por la experiencia del huésped.
Lamentablemente, esta situación afectó negativamente nuestra experiencia en Barichara. No suelo presentar este tipo de quejas, pero considero importante dejar constancia para evitar que otros viajeros pasen por lo mismo.
Adicionalmente, me preocupa que un establecimiento con estas condiciones haga parte de la oferta de Booking, ya que afecta la confianza en la plataforma. Considero que este tipo de alojamientos deberían ser revisados....

J'ai mis une très bonne note à l'établissement, car suite à un problème de location de voiture, la responsable de l'établissement a accepté de nous annuler la réservation. Elle a été très gentille et la communication était très facile. Je recommande cet hôtel
