Hotel viejo y deteriorado no es de 5 estrellas

La ubicación. La atención de la Sra. Marthita, muy solicita y educada.

Cons:

El hotel está viejo y deteriorado, descuidado, no es como aparece en las fotos, la cama incomoda, pues el colchón está viejo y hasta tiene hundimientos en cada lado, el baño esta viejo y descuidado, con la cortina de baño cochambrosa, la habitación no tenía ni una silla donde sentarse, muy pequeña e incomoda, no te cambian las toallas ni realizan el aseo, a menos que lo solicites. Para ingresar a la habitación era a través de un ventanal que tenía una cerradura muy complicada para abrir y cerrar. El hotel lo anuncian que tiene cinco estrellas pero es de tres estrellas. tal vez si fue de 5 estrellas, pero hace veinte años.

We enjoyed meeting all our neighbors and the friendly staff! It was close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property is very pretty with all the plants and greenery

Cons:

The room was average, dated, pillows were hard and old. Hard to come from a 2 bed 2 bath condo with kitchen and laundry for $90 cad /night to a room with a bed tucked in the back of a hotel for $163/night.
