Good location not far from Cracow
Pros:

A large modernised hotel set back from a busy road, in an elevated position with good views. Not far from Cracow. The restaurant is good.

ciągły hałas wywołany dmuchawą wywietrznika z kuchni od 6.40 do 21.30 - z krótkim przerwami / pani z recepcji na pytanie o hałas i możliwość usunięcia problemu odpowiedziała w stylu klasyka - sorry taki mamy klimat - czytaj system wentylacji w każdym pokoju naszego hotelu jest połączony z systemem wentylacji kuchni.

Czysto , łóżka wygodne , bardzo miła obsługa .

Cons:

Brak aneksu kuchennego oraz klimatyzacji, trafiliśmy na upalne dni i niestety można było się ugotować w pokoju . Okna nie można było otworzyć bo obok bardzo ruchliwa droga i straszny hałas.

Great location for haking in Ojcowski Park Narodowy. Suitable to stay by road to Mountains. Breakfast is ok.
Very nice staff

Cons:

Rather old hotel, very uncomfortable pillows. Hotel is situated just along the highway, too noisy.

Bardzo dobry hotel w przystępnej cenie ze śniadaniami. Bardzo dobre obiady dodatkowo płatne. Pokoje były bardzo czyste i wygodne z wszystkim co było nam potrzebne i również były w niedalekiej odległości do parku narodowego. Obsługa hotelu również na wysokim poziomie. Bardzo polecam.

Trudno mieć pretensje do personelu za hałas przejeżdżających ciężarówek w nocy, mimo lekkiego oddalenia od drogi, ciężko spać przy otwartym oknie od strony ulicy, ale lepiej poprosić o pokój z drugiej strony budynku może jest ciszej.

Nie było rzeczy które by mi się nie podobały mimo iż gościliśmy w tym hotelu już czwarty raz na przestrzeni kilku lat
