V celé budově Městského úřadu jsme byli celou noc sami, na snídani to samé.
Pros:

Snídaně v pořádku, velice příjemná paní.

Cons:

Museli jsme předem nahlásit PŘEDPOKLÁDANOU dobu příjezdu, netušili jsme ale, že pokud přijedeme dříve, do hotelu se nedostaneme. Stáli jsme venku v zimě a mlze a kdyby nešel kolem zaměstnanec Městského úřadu, který nás viděl a pustil nás na svůj kód dovnitř, pravděpodobně bychom odjeli a ubytovali se jinde. Ani on netušil, že nemůžeme kód použít ani o minutu dříve, než jsme měli naplánovaný příjezd. Tato informace nebyla nikde uvedena, ani v sms zpráve, která nám přišla s kódem na vstup. Mělo by tam být uvedeno, že vstup je možný až přesně v dané minutě avizovaného příjezdu. To ale ví málokdo, v kolik hodin přesně přijede.

Pros:

Místo blízko centra, krásný výhled, vynikající snídaně, čisté ubytování, příjemný a ochotný personál. Není co vytknout, určitě se ráda vrátím.

možnost check in kdykoli - bezkontaktní hotel

Cons:

Pokoj měl hroznou vůni. Postel příliš měkká. Chladno,
kde jsou snídaně jsme nenašli. Vzhledem k tomu, že v hotelu není personál nebylo koho se zeptat.

Pros:

Great service and breakfast. Furniture was from communist times, but still in good shape, so it gave the hotel great rustical vibe.

Cons:

Bathroom tiles had seen their best times, however the batrhoom itself was spacious and clean, so it was not a big deal.

Pokojík útulný, voňavý. Ale co nás překvapilo přijemně vstup na kód, který přišel v esemesce. Žádný klíč jen ten kód a dostali jsme se kam jsme potřebovali. Super. A snídaně luxusní a hlavně paní co je dělala, moc příjemná. Moooc doporučuji.

Pros:

It was in the centre, near restaurants. Our plans changed, so we had to find a place to stay on the spot. We got apartment like room, the kids got their own room and we had also a kitchen. Breakfast was good and tasty, coffee was great.

Cons:

There was no one to check us in, it took a while to figure out how to get to our room or how to arrange the parking. Rooms were tidy and looked cleanish, but bathroom was not so clean, there were hair in the shower drainage. In the morning we met the receptionist, who didn’t speak English at all, it was hard to communicate.

Bed was comfy. Shower had strong water, good drainage. Good fridge. Wifi was great really.

Cons:

While checking in, the reception tried to charge higher amount of CZK then shown in booking reservation. Then made some discount and we agreed on the price not to burn more of our time. Room needs a renovation for sure. They had no open buffet for breakfast, instead you order from previous day for a prepared plate i think. Not so conventional. Hair-dryer was written on room facility list but there were none, onced asked reception tried to rent one and charge extra. Receptionists had no English whatsoever so we had to use google translate app to communicate…
