Ground floor suite is not that great however the first floor one is relatively good.
Pros:

It’s about 12min from Elafonisi beach, has access to a lagoon with 8min walk.
Free parking.
The restaurants close by are very good.
The balcony view is very beautiful specially on the first floor.
There is a mini-market to get coffee or something eat since it’s not possible to prepare anything in house.

Cons:

The property manager isn’t the most welcoming person.
We book a suite on the ground floor. We had to ask for plates and cutleries, and got them within 10min. The bathroom was smelling and whenever back to our place we could smell the swage in the air.
The photos show that there are outdoor furnitures, it is true but they come with 3 to 6 kittens trying to share food with you. If you’re slightly not a cat person, you won’t make it to sit outside. The inside furniture is not enough for two people therefore, we had to bring the outdoor ones indoor.
On the third, day the hot water supply shut off. That’s why we were upgraded to a suite on first floor. The standard scale is very different.
The bathroom was bigger and a shower wouldn’t flood the bathroom as it was in the ground floor.
The bed was squeaky on the first floor with soft mattress. There we managed to sit outside since the kittens didn’t make it to get up.
The last point is the location, the road to other popular locations is snaking and slightly scary with the bus on them.

Struttura moderna e vicina alle spiagge più belle
Pros:

Molto vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona.
Struttura modernissima con parcheggio, davvero comoda e ben tenuta.
Gregor è stato molto disponibile e gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie.

Cons:

E' situata su una strada a scorrimento, non in un nucleo abitato (es un paesino).
Ciononostante ci sono diversi ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi o a pochi minuti di macchina

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Optimale Anlage, um 1-2 Nächte für einen längeren Aufenthalt am Strand von Elafonisi einzulegen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte ein schönes Bad. In der Nähe gibt es ein sehr gutes Restaurant (Kosmos) und einen Minimarkt. Zum Strand fährt man mit dem Auto noch einmal 5 Minuten.

Cons:

An den Matratzen wurde leider etwas gespart, aber für eine Nacht war es OK.
