Pros:

Supertrevlig personal. Rymligt rum. Bokade middag på kvällen som vi intog i trädgården. God mat och bra service.

Cons:

Som de flesta hotell i Sverige finns inte AC eller fläktar när det krävs. Vi var där en av de varmaste dagarna denna sommar. Det var väldigt varmt på natten. Men inget klander specifikt till hotellet för detta. Acceptans.

Vi tyckte väldigt mycket om Filipstad och Hotell Hertig Karl.
Pros:

Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Rent och rymligt rum i varsamt renoverat hus. Bra frukost i trevlig matsal. Mycket god mat och väl tilltagna portioner i restaurangen, där vi kunde sitta utomhus i trädgården under parasoll. Bra parkering. Vi trivdes väldigt bra i Filipstad och på hotellet. Vårt mål med vistelsen var Nils Ferlin-museet, men väl på plats fanns insåg vi att även annat intressant finns att se.

Cons:

Allt var toppen! Inget att klaga på.

Stort rum med stor balkong som verkligen var ett plus.
Helt okej frukost.

Stora rum, smidig gratis parkering vid hotellet. Ganska bra frukost.

Cons:

Duschen gick knappt använda, kom knappt vatten. Hela badrummet i behov av renovering. De yngre medarbetarna behöver hjälp med deras bemötande. Övriga var trevliga och gjorde vad de kunde. I helhet är hotellet för dyrt för det de levererar .

Tyvärr, besviken.
Pros:

Grund utbud, tyvärr dåligt med påfyllning. Saknade vanlig mjölk.

Cons:

Tv:na på rummet, funkade inte.
Eluttag på väggarna, satt inte fast.
Gardinerna var olika långa.
Fick inte tag i någon person vid utcheckningen.

Personalen, läget med egen trädgård, restaurangen.

Cons:

Bäddsoffan i familjerummet som skulle husera barnen var helt skev och lutade kraftigt. Ej funktionell och behöver fixas för att duga som sängplats.
