Pros:

Comfortable bed and large bathtub, single use amenities provided were convenient, easy check in, convenient location near metro.

Cons:

I wasn't aware there were smoking rooms, nor asked if I preferred smoking or non. There was also a guest smoking in the reception area, despite signs saying not to. It was also very run down, with rips in the bedding and stains/burns on the floor.
