Size of the room, the shower and amenities provided (toothbrush, earbuds, body wash, etc)
The room was on a smoke free floor but smelt of cigarettes constantly and there was a ashtray in the room which indicates it is for smoking.

The staff was extremely helpful. They did every thing to ensure my stay was comfortable.
My only concern was the outside of the room areas i.e. the carpet cleanliness.
The property was very nice, clean, comfortable
THE STAFF! The cleaner went through my suitcase when I went out once and stole into it! She curtsy denied it then after I threaten to context the police she admitted it and the hôtel apologised by offering me fresh fruit, which I believe to be very poor!
