Pobyt splnil naše očekávání. Maximální spokojenost. Rádi se vrátíme.
Pros:

Polopenze - bohatý výběr jak hlavních jídel, tak zákusků, ovoce, pečiva. Jako bonus odpolední svačina. Ochotný personál, čisto, teplo, pravidelný úklid, možnost pobytu se psem.

Cons:

Nic negativního jsme nezaznamenali. Poměr kvalita - cena v pořádku.

Pros:

Personál byl velmi ochotný, milý, vstřícný. Všude bylo čisto. S jídlem jsme byly spokojené, výběr bohatý. Využily jsme vířivku a parní lázeň.

Pros:

Spędziłem jedną noc w tej części bardziej hostelowej bym powiedział. Pokój ok, niezbyt dobre wyciszenie i wspólne łazienki. Dobre śniadania i obiadokolacje (tych nie miałem w ofercie ale dokupiłem na miejscu w przystępnej cenie, bo nie można było zamówić kolacji z menu). Świetne położenie, zaraz po wyjściu z hotelu duży wyratrakowany plac i szlaki do biegówek. Zaraz obok również stok, można dojechać na nartach, a w samym hotelu jest narciarnia do przechowywania.

Расположение, на свою стоимость отель очень удивил, хорошо и приятно внутри, услуги разные, с крыши можно пойти в лес по мостику, завтрак очень супер! Это было приятно и неожиданно!!! Очень понравилось соотношение цена-качество супер!

Günstig für einen Skiurlaub
Pros:

Überwiegend freundliches Personal, alles sauber, gebucht mit Halbpension, gute Auswahl. Wellnessbereich privat buchbar und günstig.
Matratzen relativ hart, Pflegeprodukte vorhanden

Cons:

Kein Föhn im Badezimmer, Parkplatzgebühren waren extra zu entrichten, Getränke zum Abendessen mussten komplett bezahlt werden.

Guter Tipp für Familien
Pros:

Zimmerausstattung war gut. Freizeitaktivitäten ausreichend. Speisenangebot reichlich und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Reinigung der Zimmer mittelmäßig, trotz Hinweis auf Zimmerreinigung.
Personal an der Rezeption nicht immer freundlich. Haben uns nicht immer verstanden gefühlt. Englisch, Deutsch.
