qqs points à améliorer!!
Pros:

Joli emplacement et belle déco!

Cons:

Chambre supérieur quand même un peu petite, dans la salle de bain le grand flacon de savon liquide était presque vide et la boite à Kleenex n’avait pas de kleenex du tout!
La moquette su couloir montre des signes de l’âge.

Das Hotel ist schön, das Personal hingegen ungeschult.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist toll, es wurden keine Kosten gescheut.

Cons:

Das Personal ist ungeschult. Ich wurde von der (teils zahnlosen) Tellerträgerin geduzt, diese wurde vor den Gästen eingeschult. Eine Kellnerin wurde abends unfreundlich da wir vergaßen, den NAchmittagskuchen auf unsere Suite zu schreiben. Abends wurden ständig falsche Teller an unseren Tisch gebracht (man merkte sich die Tischnummern nicht). Vor unserer Suite stand ein staubiger Staubsauger herum. Das männliche (einer davon stark tätowiert) Barpersonal war unfreundlich oder reagierte auf Anfragen nicht. Aufgrund der unfreundlichen und ungeschulten Mitarbeiter passte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

Idealer Ort zum Entspannen!

Die Lage, das Ambiente, die tolle Ausstattung der Bar und des Restaurant, die außerordentlich freundlichen Damen an der Rezeption, das Personal generell, die Terrasse, der Swimmingpool …

Cons:

Es gab nichts zum aussetzen.

Genuss auf allen Ebenen
Pros:

Zufahrt von Reichenau sehr gut beschildert. Lage großartig. Ein Haus mit Geschichte. Exquisites Exterieur und farbenfrohe Unterscheidung zum sonst üblichen einheitsgrau. Großartige Küche und ausgesprochen aufmerksames und gutes Personal. Der Pool ist genial.

Cons:

Es fällt mir dazu einfach nichts ein.

Elegáns, kényelmes szállás az erdő mellett.
Pros:

Magas színvonalon, minőségi bútorokkal és dekorációval kialakított kényelmes és elegáns szálloda. A reggelit a szépen berendezett reggelizőteremben szolgálják fel, és az étlapról különleges finomságokat is lehet rendelni. A vacsora ugyanígy nagyon finom volt, A személyzet különlegesen figyelmes, köszönjük a munkájukat. Nemsokára szeretnénk visszatérni.

Pros:

El hotel es encantador. Es muy bonito y está emplazado en un lugar hermoso también. Todo nos resultó excelente..el confort de la habitación, las hermosas vistas, el personal tan amable. Una mención aparte para el chef.. tanto el desayuno cómo la cena fueron maravillosos. Nos quedamos una sola noche porque estábamos de paso, pero seguramente volveremos para disfrutarlo más

ACHTUNG! Es gibt in den Suiten keine Badewanne, obwohl es abgepriesen wird. Auf Nachfrage auch null kulanz oder entgegen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Abgelegen, wenn man das mag, und gleich an einem Wanderweg. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut!

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Badewanne gebucht. In der Anzeige stand, dass wir eine Badewanne hätten und auf dem Foto war sogar eine zusehen. Als wir angekommen sind, hieß es, das wir keine haben. Das war der einzige Grund, warum wir uns für das Hotel entschieden haben. Es gab keinerlei Entschädigung oder einen Rabatt oder irgendein Entgegenkommen — ausser einen Begrüßungsdrink. Wir kamen uns schon verarscht vor.

Igazi, minőségi osztrák vendéglátás
Pros:

Kiváló minőség, prémium részletekkel, úgy mind a tájbaillő, különleges ízlésű berendezés és dekoráció, a reggeli eleganciája és választékossága, kiemelkedő minősége. Különleges volt, hogy a szaunába lehetett csak kettőnek időt foglalni. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, udvarias és figyelmes.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, a környéken nagyon sok a látnivaló, kiránduló hely!
Pros:

Szuper reggeli, nagyon jó elrendezésű, tágas szobák és magas színvonalú konyha!
4 gyermekkel voltunk, reggelikor és a vacsoránál is nagyon segítő és rugalmas volt mindenki.
