Toller Aufenthalt….Sehr nettes Personal beim Frühstück und am Abend beim Glaserl….erwähnt gehört auch die Freundlichkeit

Wochenende zur schlagernacht in sankt martin i. Sulmtal

Sehr schönes hotel mit einem angenehmen anbiente
Und nahe am sulmtal openair in st.martin
Kommen nächstes jahr wieda und der brunch spgenannt frühstück ist bis 11.30 das ist seht nutzbar

Schöne Gegend und schönes Zimmer, jedoch überteuert und kein gutes Service an diesen 2 Tagen gewesen, tut mir leid.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut mit Blick über die steirischen Hügellandschaften. Auch das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Balkon. Da ich in dieser Region aufgewachsen bin, ein Gefühl von Heimat gewesen :)

Cons:

Bei meiner Ankunft um 20 Uhr gab es leider keine Küche mehr, obwohl am Schild vor der Tür als auch im Internet Küche bis 21 Uhr stand. Da ich aus Wien angereist war, war dies überraschend und ich musste in der Umgebung ein Lokal suchen, was nicht sehr einfach war. Auch andere Gäste hatten die selbe Herausforderung, sogar mit Kindern! Man hat gemerkt dass das Personal sehr gestresst war, da es auch ein öffentliches Restaurant zusätzlich hatte. Es waren an diesem Abend einfach zu viele Gäste und zu wenig Personal.
Beim checkout mussten schon Gäste vor mir ihre Kreditkarten physisch heraussuchen da die Zahlungsgeräte nicht funktioniert hatten. Auch dies hat mich sehr überrascht in einem so schönen Hotel.
Es tut mir leid so eine Bewertung abgeben zu müssen, aber um 350 Euro für eine Nacht hatte ich leider keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht und war sehr enttäuscht.

Šī ir viena no tām vietām, kur gribas atgriesties, ieteikt visiem draugiem un visiem labiem cilvēkiem, pat riskējot, ka pats vari vairs tur netikt. Absolūti lieliski !!!! Moderna. jauna , ar lieliskām platībām, plašu un kvalitatīvu servisu un iespējām, brīnišķīgā vietā ar izcilu skatu, ļoti draudzīgu un izpalīdzīgu personālu. 10/10

Cons:

Vienīgā lieta, kas mums tik izcilā un pārdomātā vietā nedaudz mulsināja, bija vājais ūdens spiediena līmenis vannasistabā, kas atradās tikai 3.stāvā
