Pros:

Schöne Familienzimmer, gutes Restaurant mit großen Portionen und unser Highlight der Pool auf dem Dach. Dazu ist das Hotel von Innsbruck aus wunderbar mit dem Bus und Straßenbahn erreichbar.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Spa – jedoch wenig Ruhe durch Familienhotel
Pros:

Super Frühstücksbuffet, toller und moderner Rooftop-Spa-Bereich mit wunderbarem Pool und Panoramasauna, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang und im Restaurant, Zimmer in ausreichender Größe und Qualität (wir hatten ein Zimmer im Altbau; der Neubau sieht deutlich schöner aus).

Cons:

Laut Empfangsmitarbeiter ist es ein ausgewiesenes Familienhotel, wodurch dort sehr viele Kinder sind, die auch uneingeschränkt in den Spa-Bereich dürfen. Dadurch ist es mitunter extrem laut: Es wird getobt, die Ruheschilder werden ignoriert und Kinder werden auf den Liegen gewickelt.
Der Wellnessbereich hat daher – obwohl er wunderschön ist – leider nichts mit Entspannung zu tun. Wer ein ruhiges Spa-Hotel zur Entspannung sucht, ist hier leider falsch.
Bis auf diesen Punkt haben wir absolut nichts auszusetzen – eigentlich ein wunderschönes und wirklich tolles Hotel!

Séjour au top avec les enfants, une grande chambre et une piscine chauffée extérieure sur le top qui a fait plaisir aux
Pros:

L’emplacement et le cadre, les équipements, la piscine, le restaurant, le buffet du déjeuner, au top. La salle de jeux pour les enfants est petite mais bien équipée. Délicate attention du lapin de Pâques pour les enfants le dimanche en arrivant au déjeuner.

Cons:

Manque une bouilloire (et café thé) dans la chambre. Peut-être plus de salade dans le menu du restaurant.

Großartiger Kurzurlaub mit Kind

Uns hat ausnahmslos alles an dieser Unterkunft gefallen, insbesondere die hohe Kinderfreundlichkeit - sei es am Pool, beim Essen oder generell die Ausstattung des Hotels. Einfach großartig!

Das Essen unglaublich lecker und VIEL . Ich habe nie so viel und so mega lecker gegessen :)). Sehr sauber . Gemütlich . Das Personal mega lustig und sehr nett .
Oben beim Pool mega schön . 20 Sterne . Die einzige mini mini kleine Sache es ist nur dass das Wasser von Pool in manche Tage ein bisschen kalt ist . Im Winter wäre perfekt ein bisschen wärmen zu sein . Aber das ist nichts . Das Wasser insgesamt ist in Ordnung . Aber lohnt sich total . Es ist alles mega schön und sauber und gutes Bier und das Essen ist fantastisch . 100 Sterne . ⚘️

Fab place!
Pros:

We really liked a lot about the walzl. The views were amazing. The kids really loved the pool and the bio sauna. The food in the restaurant was great and the kids room entertained the little ones.

The dressing gowns and slippers for the kids were a really nice touch.

The bus stop was nearby and it was easy to get to Central Innsbruck and for free with the welcome card.

We would definetely return.

Gorgeous stay in the Austrian mountain - super relaxing
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful; rooms were comfortable, pool & sauna were so nice and the breakfast was amazing!

Staff were really polite & helpful.

Really easy to get to from Innsbruck centre - just a 10 minute bus trip (runs every 15 minutes & free to use)

Really enjoyed my stay 🙂

Cons:

It would have been nice to have tea & coffee making facilities in the room
