Not so far from the beach.
Considering the rating the hotel has, I think I may have been unlucky. First of all, from previous experiences I would say that this is by no means a 4 star hotel. In the 6 days I stayed here, the room was never cleaned and the towels were changed only once. I found the room with visible traces of dirt, animal hair and in a poor condition, see photos. All the hand soap, shower gel containers, empty. Strong smell of urine/sewerage in the bathroom. Breakfast, a small collection of cheap food, no diversity, the same food every day. I would never repeat this experience.
The location is excellent — just a few steps from the clean and family-friendly Kalamitsi beach. The area is quiet, Wi-Fi worked well, and the breakfast, though limited in variety, was fresh and tasty. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.
The rooms were much smaller than shown in the photos, which made it uncomfortable to stay indoors with a small child. There was no play area for kids. The bathroom water was dirty throughout the stay. Housekeeping was poor, and the staff responsible for cleaning had an unwelcoming attitude. Overall, the hotel feels dated and in need of renovations.

La locul unde se lua micul dejun se si fuma.
Curatenia - aproape inexistenta. Si daca se facea, era superficiala.

Otelin denize yakınlığı iyiydi, kahvaltı yeterli denebilir.
Banyoda ağır bir koku vardı, sifonu çekince kahverengi su akıyordu.. ondan kaynaklı olduğunu düşündük.

L’accoglienza è stata eccezionale, Angela la receptionist veramente gentile, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa.
La pulizia delle camere lascia molto a desiderare, in una settimana non sono mai state fatte le pulizie a prova che in un punto della camera c’era della sabbia che è rimasta nello stesso posto fino a quando siamo andati via. Mi chiedo solo una cosa: ho scelto questo hotel in base alle stelle (4) e in base al prezzo (era quello che costava di più al momento della prenotazione). La mia camera era non c’è male ma si vede che non vi era assistenza, quella della coppia di amici aveva i mobili rotti ed era fatiscente. In ultimo l’acqua dei rubinetti era gialla che quando scaricavi il water sembrava che l’urina fosse ancora lì (vedi foto). In una foto poi si vede come si presenta una stanza rifatta dove poggiavano solo il lenzuolo senza rifare il di sotto.
Very good location, just a few minutes to the beach and terraces. Free parking is nearby hotel with plenty of space.
The bed was not the most comfortable.
The bathroom accessories were very fragile and some of them broken.
The restaurant prices a bit higher, but compensates with fresh ingredients and good taste compared to the commercial places or terraces nearby.
