Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Empfangsdame war unglaublich freundlich.

卫生只能说还行吧，态度很好，但是没啥作用，他们只会跟你点头哈腰。。

Cons:

位置很远，我租了个小摩托每天花十几分钟进城，然后这边有单行线，必须绕远，但是泰国治安还可以，比隔壁马来西亚强。。这里基本上没有优点，便宜也会交通问题给补回来，我住了5天，有三天是被七点多的垃圾车吵醒，垃圾车怎么这么吵！！

Really nice hotel, pity about the unreliable Internet connection
Pros:

The room I had was really nice compared to others I have stayed in at this price point. It not only had a comfortable lounge chair to sit in for extended periods, it also had a comfortable chair to use at the table, most unusual in Thailand. The beds are on the harder safe, but this is Thailand.

The building is relatively new so everything is shiny and works. It has a lift which is nice.

The area out front (foyer) is a nice place for eating meals, reading a book or just having a relaxing time outside. You can make tea and there is a microwave available.

Mini Big C is less than 200m walk and 7-11 not much further.

The hotel is located in an orderly Thai neighbourhood, easily navigable, quiet and safe.

Cons:

The WiFi Internet is up and down like a yoyo. Works most of the time but then not at all for several minutes. You wouldn't want to be trying to use it for work.

On occasions the great value for money of the hotel seems to attract certain undesirable patrons who insist on sitting out the front, smoking and bickering.

I couldn't find any Westerner friendly restaurants close by. There is a cluster of Thai restaurants less than 200m away, and the food they offer is great value, but it is limited to the usual Thai fare and there is very limited seating available. If you want a pizza or a burger you'll need to travel towards old city.

I would not hesitate to stay there again.
Pros:

Clean and quiet, away from main roads so traffic noise was very minimal. There was a patio type area at the entry that created a social type environment.

Cons:

A bit far from the old town center and the entertainment areas, about a 20 minute taxi ride, Grab rides and food delivery were easy to get. Only one nice restaurant within walking distance, but multiple Thai food places.
House keeping doesn’t clean the room unless you request it.
