Недалеко от метро и автобусной станции. Рядом большой красивый парк. Сносный интернет, есть лифт

Cons:

С дороги его не видно, если не знаешь, где искать без навигатора не найдёшь. Сыро. Грязно. Окна выходят на стену соседнего здания
