المكان بحاجة إلى نت وغسالة ملابس وبعض الأشياء في المطبخ كان من فترة موجود بعض الاشياء في المطبخ ام الان لا يوجد أشياء كالسابق وبحاجة إلى بعض الصيانة

All the staff starting from reception through other departments inside the hotel were very kind and the overall experience was truely wonderful and exceptional and we enjoyed our time there and sure we will repeat our visit soon.

The location in the middle of portsaid and all services available around the hotel.

Finally, Thank you so much for your hospitality.
