Pros:

Nice hotel with big and clean rooms, but very rude staff & THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AT ALL. Also it is not just at Nanpu station - it's about 600-700 meters & you have to walk about 10-15 minutes to reach hotel

very bad experience at this hotel. Would not choose it again in the future.
Pros:

The cleanness of the room is ok.

Cons:

the air of the room made me feel uncomfortable if I stay there longer. Especially the smell from the air-con is so bad. I found there are mould around the air con. Also there are very bad smells from the carpet of the corridor. I booked this hotel just because the reputation of Vienna hotel is ok. But looks this one is much worse than other ones. I do suspect if it is part of the enterprise chain.
