Best stay I can ask for
Pros:

The stay was very pleasant, the staff treated us with utmost hospitality and have assisted us completely during our stay. Definitely would recommend this property for long vacations to travelers. The rooms are tidy and the amenities provided are up to the mark. The complimentary breakfast was very delicious and the property maintenance is very neat and clean and hygienic and the stay are very cordial, sincere and honest in their behavior with the customers.

What a disappointment !
Pros:

Big bed and balcony

Cons:

Before my arrival, I received no fewer than 5 emails and messages asking me to pay in advance (which I did) because the hotel is often full. However, when I arrived an hour early for check-in, I realized that many rooms were available, and they charged me an extra 500 rupees (on top of the base price) for just one hour. I arrived and the bathroom was disgusting. No hot water, the electricity kept cutting out for tens of minutes at a time, resulting in little air conditioning and almost no ventilation. The staff was often absent from the reception desk, and I waited more than two hours for a simple roll of toilet paper. The Wi-Fi worked very poorly. Despite my stay being only one night, I kept receiving emails asking me to pay the remaining balance, even though I had already paid more than I should have. A complete rip-off! This place is to be avoided!

Pros:

Actually nothing

Cons:

The night manager keeps sleeping and unresponsive he is least bothered. The room wasn’t clean tv does not work. The picture says alot about breakfast but hardly there is one or two items
