Decent rooms at affordable price
Pros:

The place was close to an area where my friend's wedding was taking place, so there was ease of travel. There are restaurants and small shops nearby, so there won't be any issues with having lunch or dinner.

Cons:

The room I stayed in had a fan where the fan rod was hitting a false ceiling, this caused constant sound reverberating throughout the walls when ever the rod hits the false ceiling, there was high risk of the fan breaking off and falling on us due to this. This needs to be fixed ASAP to avoid any potential dangers of getting sliced to death.

Upon entry, there was no mat, so it was not possible to rub the dirt off the legs and made it so that when ever you walk into the room, all the dirt gets stuck on your legs and before you sleep on the bed, you need to rub it off yourself to avoid the sheets getting dirty. The bathroom had a mat but it was not of good quality, this resulting in all the dirt getting stuck on the legs after stepping out from the bathroom and having to wait till it dries off and then clean your legs off the dirt. Replacing it with a turkey towel like rug to dry the legs off will help.

The bathroom's asian hose was not the type where you press the button and the water starts spraying, instead, you need to open a valve for the water to start coming out, this makes it inconvenient as you would need to be careful to avoid getting water on your clothes and other parts of your body.

Room service can be improved as well. Just including a tea/coffee included in the pantry would suffice.

Poor House Keeping Services
They Are Charging for Water Bottle have to Argue for Free Basic Facility.
Landlines Telephone Devices are Completely Out of Order .
Pay Extra 500 ₹ Every day You Will be Respected with Free Breakfast Every Day in Same Radius with Premium Class Property in Coimbatore.

Pros:

The blankets which was provided to us was not at all clean and washed.
It's unwashed.
When we complained, they changed it with some other which is also dirty.
We complained in the reception and the other room customers also complained the same
