Отель с симпатичным pop-art дизайном, но «уставшим» сервисом внутри района оптовой торговли
Pros:

Отель задуман с модным дизайном и использованием некоторых прогрессивных технологий. Близко к центральному жд вокзалу и торговому каарталу Kimbo/Kindo

Cons:

Из-за близости оптовых рынков, отель популярен среди торговцев-челноков разных стран и из-за этого превращен в перевалочный склад. Прямо в лобби пакуются тюки, складываются штабелями и ждут своей отправки. Часто приходится ждать единственного лифта именно из-за загрузки и перемщения этих тюков. В номере на потолке старая протечка, которую никто как-бы не планирует устранять

Pros:

Очень классный отель по цене, ежедневная уборка , обновляют все принадлежности . Так же можно освежить свою одежду и погладить, все необходимое имеется . Очень удобное расположение, в округе оптовые центры огромный выбор сумок разных цветов , фасонов и копий .

Eventually we would come back, because the staff is helpful, rooms are clean.
Pros:

We liked the location, not too busy but also near the center.

Cons:

We visited 5 years ago and the property has declined seriously since then. So our expectations were a little off when we arrived. no more breakfast (not even a cup of coffee), the main hall needs a serious dusting off, it losts it's shine. The rooms show visible cracks (literally) But they were clean, everyday the rooms were cleaned, the staff was helpful and for the price it's decent. I'm not sure if this is a fair review because we compare the property to 5 years ago…I truly hope it doesn't further decline.

Cheap price, bad place.
Pros:

Location is convenient, close to the shops

Cons:

The hotel isn’t well maintained. If you are looking for a clean place to sleep then this hotel isn’t the place to be. The pictures portrayed on booking.com look good but ain’t matching the reality. Dirty shower, dirty room, dirty lobby. Toilet gets blocked easily, very bad smell in the room.

They also give the option to pay with international cards, we tried 4 times different machines, it didn’t work. So the only option is we chat or Alipay.
