اقامتى كانت رائعه جدااا
الموقع مثالى لمشاهده القناه والبحر
موظفين الفندق في قمه الذوق والاحترام
بالنسبه للافطار كان جميل جدااااا
الغرف نظيفه جدااااومجهزه بجميع وسائل الراحه التى تحتاجها
وسوف اكرر زيارتى للفندق باستمرار 🥰

** فندق رائع وتجربة لا تنسى **
Pros:

- فريق العمل محترم و ودود جدا بداية من موظفين الاستقبال الأستاذة رندا متعاونة ولطيفة وتقوم بعملها على أكمل وجه كذلك جميع زملائها بالاستقبال محترمين ومتعاونين
- البوفيه جيد ونظيف وبه أصناف معقولة من الطعام لكن احب ان اشكر الاستاذ رمضان عبدالعزيز المعتاد على استقبال النزلاء في الصباح بوجه بشوش وترحاب كبير لم يختلف يوما منذ بداية الإقامة حتى وقت المغادرة ، رغم انه مر بفترة ضغط كبير بسبب حدث رياضي مهم أقيم في المدينة وتعامل مع الضغط وكثرة النزلاء باحترافية عالية ونفس بشاشة الوجه .
- اما بالنسبة لفريق الهاوس كيبنج يتميزون بالنظام والنظافة وحب العمل والأدب الشديد ،،
مثال : ( ام ندى ) ،، وايضا ( مروة / ام جنا ) التي حاولت أن تساعد وقامت بحل مشكلة بالنجارة بسرعة رغم انه ليس من اختصاصها .
- موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من كل شيء .
- اكثر مايميز هذا الفندق هو فريق العاملين المتعاون والرائع وحاولت في تعليقي أن اذكرهم بالاسم وبالاخص المميزين منهم او الذين تعاملت بشكل مباشر معهم طول فترة الإقامة.

Cons:

- العيب الوحيد الذي دفعني لعدم إعطاء الاوتيل درجة كاملة رغم انه يستحق هي الصيانة وخاصة النجارة اكر فتح الابواب معظمها مخلوع او غير موجود من الأساس نغلق باب الغرفة و الحمام بصعوبة وباب البلكونة غير محكم الاغلاق لم نجد من هو مسؤول عن الصيانة لمساعدتنا رغم انه ابلغنا موظفة الاستقبال في الفترة المسائية وهي بدورها ابلغت بالمشكلة عدة مرات لكن فريق العمل بالفندق يحاول الاصلاح رغم انه ليس اختصاصهم ( كمسؤول الأمن ) مثلا او كما ذكرت مسبقا ( مروة/ ام جنا ) .
- لا يوجد انترنت بالغرف ولكنها لم تكن مشكلة بالنسبة لي لاني واجهت نفس المشكلة في عدة فنادق فأنا متوقع ذلك مسبقا ولدي انترنت خاص بي .
- لا يوجد خزنة خاصة بالغرفة .

كل شىء سييء و التعامل و المطعم و الغرف و الفرش و الامان فى غلق الغرفه من الداخل كلهم دون المستوى
