Lage zum Lift

Ich kann dieses Hotel (so )leider NICHT weiter empfehlen..Wir haben 1 Tag vor Anreise 2 DZ Zimmer gebucht, und mussten 1h nach Buchung leider 1 Zimmer davon wegen eines Unfalls wieder stornieren...obwohl das hotel nur zum Bruchteil belegt war....mussten wir das stornierte Zimmer zu 100 % bezahlen!
Bei Abreise angesprochen wurden uns lediglich für die nächste Buchung 12 %Rabatt angeboten...aber ausdrücklich NUR wenn wir NICHT über Booking reservieren...die ist nicht mal die anfallenden Provision fürs Buchungsportal und somit eine Frechheit!!!
Schade das man so mit Gästen umgeht

Die Zimmerwände sind sehr hellhörig, so dass man bei Partys im Nachbarzimmer „live“ dabei ist. Aber die Chefin hats geklärt…

Ok Location liegt direkt im Zentrum , Übernachtungspreis viel zu hoch für das was einen erwartet.

Döner Laden in dem schönen alten Haus....schrecklich ganz billig gemacht und nie jemand am essen .....Mini Markt mit billigen Fotos an den Scheiben, verschandelt das ganze schöne Haus. Hier sollten die Besitzer mal was ändern.

Pros:

Centrum města, parkování, bohaté snídaně, není co vytknout. Při balení zůstalo něco ve skříni, do půl hodiny po odjezdu telefonát s nabídkou, že nám to odešlou poštou, tak to má vypadat. Pod hotelem je večerka, takže vše po ruce.

Für einen Kurzurlaub hat's gereicht, aber nicht noch einmal
Pros:

Das beste an der Unterkunft war die zentrale Lage.
Ebenso war es sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Die Familienzimmer sind für 4 Personen viel zu klein. Man hat kaum Platz. Mit Jacken an der Garderobe lässt sich der Schrank gegenüber schon nicht mehr öffnen, ebenso kommt man zur Ausgangstür nicht mehr durch. Das Elternbett war eine kleine Ausziehcouch mit Topper. Nicht wirklich bequem. Man konnte nicht aus den Fenstern schauen (zu hoch). Kein Balkon. Der Essensraum ist viel zu klein. Ca. 8 Tische für ein Hotel mit ca. 20 Zimmern! Anstehen und Gedränge zum Frühstück. Die Hotelbeschreibung "Sporthotel" lässt schon etwas anderes erwartet. Nichts dergleichen gefunden. Auch keine Kinderspielecke.
Die meisten Bauchschmerzen hatte ich beim Thema Brandschutz. Keine Rauchmelder, Fluchtweg?! Usw. Im kleinen Eingangsbereich war regelmäßig offenes Feuer (Kerzen) zu sehen. Für mich persönlich kein gutes Gefühl.
