The location was lovely. The rooms were well equipped and beds lovely and comfortable. It was so easy to check in by using the door code. Lovely and quiet. Very good value for what we paid. There were tea and coffee, biscuits, porridge. Excellent shower and multi heating options for whatever level of heating you like.
For the price we paid there was nothing to be dissatisfied about.
I loved that my dog was free and there were treats,towels and poo bin for him.so easy to go out with him to leg him do his buisness
The central heating didn't seem to work in my room but there was a fan heater that did heat room up but obviously you needed to be in the room to use it
Perfect location, size of the room, facilities like the fridge, comfortable bed, soft towels, cosy room, and little details like branded crockery.
Cigarette butts on the garden grounds from inconsiderate guests.

The room was huge, clean and comfortable. It was nice being in a semi-rural area. The building itself is a beautiful grand old dame. It was great having a microwave and a fridge in the room.
It would have been great to have some cutlery available.

A truly peaceful and beautiful place, perfect for a relaxing escape. The space is warm, calm, and filled with natural light, making it easy to unwind from the moment you arrive. It’s also wonderfully dog-friendly, with plenty of room for your furry companion to feel just as comfortable. A perfect little retreat — I’d happily return. Check in was easy, Room was comfortable and the dog was welcome.
There was rubbish strewn around the grounds which had obviously been there for a while. No contact with the owners at all during the stay, windows didn't stay open, blinds didn't close or open. Tired and rundown feeling.
Peaceful and convenient location for Inverness. The room was VERY spacious and a heater had been left for when the hearing went off overnight. Beautiful view of the garden from a stunning bay window - the garden grounds were convenient to walk the dog in. Tea, coffee and biscuits in the room, small fridge and TV. EXCELLENT value for money, especially for a pet staying (no surcharge).
Mould in the bathroom sealant but apart from that the place was spotlessly clean. No staff present - entry was by key code but pots of instant oats were available in the foyer for breakfast.

Just the cleaning in the shower wasn’t to standard. There was mould on the showerhead, around the door, silicone etc. just needs a good fettle and will be fine again. Cillit bang is great, spray, go clean the room/change beds and then go back to it. Makes a massive difference. Everywhere else was fine though.
