As we were upgraded to bigger room with more space, this made up for scruffy, outdated interior.
Pros:

Good location,we were kindly upgraded to bigger room , great for dog access.

Cons:

Very scruffy. Needs an update, paint, good clean and outside tidying up

Another great stay
Pros:

Have stayed here a few times, lovely rooms, great location will be back. Comfy bed in room 7 lovely big room

Dog barking for several hours from another room downstairs, Hotel owner phoned next day to apologise which was appreciated

Pros:

We had a large room with very comfortable mattress and a wee fridge. The garden/grounds were perfect for our dog and made for lovely surroundings. The staff we saw were helpful and friendly. Would stay again, but bring own breakfast stuff and milk etc

Cons:

Our room needed ventilation as the windows steamed up over night. The hospitality trays were not replenished. There were porridge pots for guests to help themselves to on the first night, but these were not replaced either. Not big problems.

Pros:

Been a few times & we always enjoy our stay we had a lovely cosy room downstairs for my disabled partner we were so pleased. We stayed 2 nights just wish we could stay longer my whippet dog loved it she felt a home straight away. Bed was comfortable it had a microwave & fridge which is always an advantage as the hotel doesn't cater for breakfast or dinner. My dog went free which is a real bonus there were towels to dry offf mucky pups. We will be booking again shortly.
