Ottima location a pochi minuti da Inverness, stanza spaziosa, luminosa, silenziosa e pulita.
Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con il riscaldamento e abbiamo contattato l'host che non ci ha mai risposto, lasciandoci per 3 giorni in una stanza umida. Avrei dato 10/10 se non fosse stato per questo.
Considerando quanto abbiamo pagato, mi aspettavo un minimo di considerazione

A lovely house in great grounds, especially for our dogs.
Ideal for a stopover on our way home to the Isle of lewis.
Facilities were as expected, shower was nice and hot and the bed was comfortable.
Everything was clean and tidy, entry via the keypad was easy as we received the code prior to arriving.
A nice little touch is the small fridge in the room. Something I wish other hotels would take up.

We booked a ground floor garden room as we have 3 dogs one with 3 legs only to be told it wasn't available because it was given to someone else so our floor was on the first floor was not impressed
Location was good, close to Loch Ness. Room was large with comfortable bed. Very accommodating for dogs.
Looked very rundown so first impressions were poor. Entrance hall was untidy, had the table for the provided breakfast (a porridge pot). All areas needed a good clean.
The room was lovely and quiet. Perfect for a one night stay in Inverness.
There was only 1 thing wrong with the room and it was in the bathroom. The shower didn't drain well, so I lifted the cover to see if there was something wrong and it had clearly not been cleaned in awhile. Build up of hair and dirt. It was a shame as we had otherwise had a lovely stay.
