Das Frühstück war ganz gut
Das erste Zimmer war sehr dreckig, angeblich wegen des Sturms, aber Spinnweben und tote Wespen sollten nach einer Reinigung nicht in dem Maße vorhanden sein. Es wurde ein anderes Zimmer als Ersatz angeboten, auf den ersten Blick sauber, aber auf den zweiten leider doch nicht. Die Duschematte lag neben dem Klo und war offensichtlich schon lange nicht mehr in Benutzung, dort waren auch tote Fliegen drin und das Teil war schon komplett steif und überhaupt nicht mehr zu nutzen. Zu allem Überfluss ließ sich auch die Duschtür nicht schließen. Konnte man immerhin nach dem Duschen noch putzen...

Our one-night stay at Kathleen's Country House was great. The room seemed to be very recently updated with new carpets and furniture- it was very nice and super clean. The breakfast was excellent, and everyone we met who worked there was very pleasant!
Quite which was good safe parking for motorcycle.

Lovely short distance out of town with country views! Lovely cared for building and generous sized room with large ensuite!
We arrived one evening to find our room door open and toiletries piled in a mess on a shelf. We immediately were concerned about our belongings. Obviously housemaid had been called away mid clean but forgot to return. Not great, but extremely apologetic management and all was well. Nothing stolen thank goodness!
The room was very large, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. There was a huge very comfortable bed. A very big bathroom with a bath and a big shower cubicle
We stayed here so that we could visit Puck Fair in Killorglin, which was absolutely exotic for me (I live in Singapore). We only got one evening in Killarney, and we used it to stroll the town's charming Main Street. Kathleen's Country House is a very well-furnished, cozy setup with helpful staff, and a great breakfast.
