The ac worked but not well. But it was super hot the day we were there. I would still stay there again.

Cons:

Salle de douche minuscule / quartier dangereux / bien qu’il a un emplacement devant l’hôtel nous étions obligé de déplacer notre voiture dans un parking privé payant. Ceci au risque de vandalisme ou même vol. Pour info, il n'y a aucune voiture garer dans les rues la nuits …. C’est vide …

Durante mi hospedaje en el Hotel Florida, recibí una atención excepcional desde el primer momento. El personal fue siempre amable, profesional y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo necesario, lo que hizo que mi estadía fuera aún más placentera. Las instalaciones estaban impecables, confortables y bien mantenidas, y cada detalle reflejaba un alto nivel de cuidado y compromiso con la calidad del servicio. Sin duda, una experiencia que superó mis expectativas y que recomendaría con total confianza.

El colchón...un poco duro para nuestro gusto y descanso.

Después de haber realizado la reserva, llamé al hotel para consultar el método de pago y el recepcionista (el cuál es muy poco profesional) me informó que el hotel no tenía ninguna reserva culpando a la plataforma de Booking. Fue realmente de mal gusto, porque tenía mi comprobante de reserva confirmado con número de verificación y el recepcionista colgó la llamada. Seguiré poniéndome en contacto con Booking para escalar esta situación.
