Familienausflug mit den Fahrrädern
Pros:

Wir waren hier das erste Mal sehr abgelegen hier kannst du gut erholen.wir hatten die Fahrräder mit und haben diverse Runden gemacht sehr schöne Gegend sehr zu empfehlen.
Unser Zimmer war sehr groß alles sehr sauber man hat hier sehr gut geschlafen.
Saunanutzung war unkompliziert (extra kosten 18,30€)war sehr nett das Personal .
Frühstück sehr reichhaltig für jeden was dabei .
Abendessen haben wir in der Unterkunft eingenommen jeden Tag abwechslungsreich und sehr große aber leckere Portionen.
Wir werden bestimmt noch Mal hier her kommen.wir haben nichts zu meckern
Ich denk im Sommer ist es hier auch sehr schön mit Terrasse und balkon.sowie Außenpool
Schneeberg und Tyssaer Wände nicht weit entfernt auf jeden Fall Sehenswert.

Wir können nichts beanstanden wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt

Sehr nettes Personal u tolle Lage. Ideal zum ausspannen

Cons:

Es war sehr hellhörig u manchmal hat man die Aufräum- u Küchenarbeiten bis spät am Abend bis ins Zimmer gehört.

Personal sehr, sehr freundlich! Idealer Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Man kann direkt vom Haus los wandern. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Böhmische Schweiz mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Skvělý pobyt v resortu Luft. Krásné a klidné prostředí, velmi čisté pokoje a milý, ochotný personál. Všechno bylo perfektně připravené a cítili jsme se tu opravdu příjemně. Rádi se vrátíme.

Piękne miejsce, ale tylko dla osób mówiących po czesku lub niemiecku.
Pros:

Cicha i piękna okolica, bardzo ładny wystrój pokoi.

Cons:

Trudności komunikacyjne - manager i większość obsługi nie mówi po angielsku. Śniadania monotonne, serowane na stół, a nie w formie bufetu, mało warzyw, niesmaczna kawa, wyższa cena opcji wegetariańskiej?!?
Po jednej nocy przenosiliśmy się w tym obiekcie do innego pokoju. Mimo wcześniejszych ustaleń (czy zrozumiałych dla obu stron - nie wiem) musieliśmy spakować się i wynieść bagaże do przechowalni - nie mogliśmy poczekać, aż nowy pokój zostanie sprzątnięty i przenieść się do niego bez konieczności pełnego pakowania - oba pokoje były na tym samym piętrze!
Tym samym wyjazd wakacyjny był frustrującym doświadczeniem - stała obawa czy zdołam "dogadać się". Po stronie hotelu krótka informacja "nie rozumiem" - cały wysiłek po stronie klienta.

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal im Januar hier und es hat uns erneut sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist ultra freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Lage ist sehr ruhig um etwas abzuschalten und die Natur zu genießen

Die Unterkunft ist schön am Wald gelegen. Das Haus ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine kleine Sauna, welche man zubuchen kann. Die angebotenen Gerichte sind zudem äußerst lecker. Also ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.
