Overall, the hotel offers excellent cleanliness and a nice pool area, but some improvements in guest services and dining
Pros:

The room and all common areas were very clean, which made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool—it was well maintained and a great place to relax.

Cons:

However, there were several aspects that could be improved.
The hotel does not have a restaurant, and the breakfast selection was exactly the same every day, with very little variety.
We also found it inconvenient that there was no drinks menu available, making it difficult to know what could be ordered.

What was most frustrating was the very strict policy regarding food and drinks brought from outside. Since the hotel does not offer a restaurant or many dining options on-site, this approach felt unreasonable. In addition, one staff member appeared to constantly monitor guests and seemed unfriendly, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere during our stay.

Totul a fost foarte bine!
Locația are parcare , personalul este foarte prietenos si gata sa te ajute .
Locație premium.
Plaja din apropiere este superba si tavernele sunt ok.
Piscina este un mare plus.

Large room, generous balcony, clean linen, daily room cleaning, friendly staff!
Very good and varied breakfast.

Cons:

Administrative things like damaged furniture, doors that don't close properly, unpleasant smells in the closets, aspects that could have been fixed, especially since it's the beginning of the season!
The location gives you the feeling that it was designed to be a luxury complex, but by the time it was completed, probably due to the limited budget, several materials of poorer quality were used and here I am referring to the furniture in the room, the uncomfortable and very noisy tables and chairs on the terraces,

Nice hotel with great staff
Pros:

The housekeeping service was perfect, the room was cleaned everyday and the housekeeping ladies (Gerry and Nelly) were very nice, friendly and helped us with everything we needed. They also became friends with our two years old daughter. she was always happy to see them and talked about them.
The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 10 in the morning after a 12 hours drive and she did everything she could to check us in earlier than the official checkin time.

Pros:

Lokacija je odlična, na minut do plaže. Blizu šetališta, ali ne toliko da smeta buka lokalnih barova. Pogled je fantastičan. Doručak bogat i ukusan. Osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno!
