Cons:

Despite the booking confirmation, upon arrival there was no one at the property. The establishment did not answer phone calls and could not be contacted. We had to find another place about a 50-minute drive from this hotel. I do not recommend it.

Nice place to stop on the way from Cuzco to Ayacucho.
Pros:

The property was nice and comfortable with a good breakfast and friendly staff. The location while around 2km from the main road, is good for a night stop if you are traveling from Cuzco to Ayacucho. Also, there are some places to visit around (although we had no time to do it).

Cons:

We had challenge to communicate when we have arrived (we do not speak Spanish), but with help of someone over the phone all went fine. Once you enter the gate the property looks very well, but the surrounding (outside) area is a little bit rundown (especially that we arrived at night).

Great Overnight Stay before (after) HumanTay Lake!
Pros:

Even though the hotel is far away from downtown, maybe a ten min drive, the surroundings are very peaceful, and green. My fav tings about the hotel was the access to the kitchen! There are not any restaurants close by, so being able to make some quick snacks was a life saver!

Cons:

The staff could be trained to be more welcoming, and to provide warmer hospitality.

Pros:

Beautiful place, and very friendly people. The hotel is on the site of a river, in between the green mountains. Everything is very new, well taken care of and clean.

Cons:

As the hotel is so new, the garden is still in progress.

Perfect place for an early start to Humantay Lake
Pros:

Excellent location to get an early start to the Humantay Lake. Comfortable beds and nice big room. Staff was very helpful and nice. They source a lot of fresh stuff from their garden.
