La mejor experiencia en familia
Pros:

Las instalaciones fantásticas, todo muy ordenado, súper familiar

Cons:

No me gusto, la atención de recepción al ingreso sería lo único que cambiaría ya que es la primera percepción de atención cliente -hotel y eso permite que allá mayor cercanía y ganas de volver, pero en cuanto a las instalaciones súper bien.

Pros:

Fue una experiencia excelente. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas y bien cuidadas. La cabaña estaba impecable, muy limpia, con menaje completo y todo en perfecto estado. La atención del personal fue muy amable y atenta durante toda nuestra estadía. Además, la cabaña contaba con Wi-Fi. ¡Súper recomendado!

Cons:

Lo único que consideramos mejorable es el desayuno: aunque estaba muy rico, las porciones eran bastante pequeñas en relación con el precio. Aun así, en general, fue una estadía muy grata. ¡Recomendado!

Lovely stay close to the pony park
Pros:

Great location, lovely family cabins, very clean, friendly staff, great pool and playgrounds for the kids. Property directly adjacent to the pony park. I could easily have stayed longer, loved the property & location!

Cons:

Water was very cold (shower) when we first arrived, but this was quickly fixed, as apparently the water heater in the cabin was off. There were no water issues after!
