Très pratique par rapport à l’aéroport et le fait de pouvoir profiter de la piscine est agréable

Cons:

Indications pour se rendre au point de la navette assez peu claires (on nous indique terminal 2 mais c’est plutôt terminal 1) mais personnel très gentil et service de navette très pratique

En sortant de l'aéroport on a juste eu des difficultés à trouver de nuit l'endroit et la procédure d'appel.

Welcoming staff and great hotel
Pros:

The pool was a great feature, lots of activities to do in and around the hotel. The staff are very accommodating, and lovely. We had a brilliant stay and felt like a home from home experience. Very welcoming and staff are a great credit to the hotel. Beds are extremely comfortable as well. The hotel is very close to the train station (5-8 mins walk) - and the hotel offer a shuttle to and from the airport and train station which is great. There is also a bus stop around 2/3 mins walk away which can take you to the Vitrolles town. The hotel is in a great location.

Cons:

The hotel was really good staff worked well to fix any problems we did encounter which were minimal.

Pros:

the taxi driver at the airport used the expression "short distance ride", so he called one of his colleagues, and I had a ride for 20 euros to the Hotel at 22.00. Next day the hotel's free shuttle took me to the train station.
The hotel itself is really neat and nice, surprisingly good.
