The free ear plugs are helpful as some slight noise due to nature of the building.
Il Refugio del Jaguaro es un hotel simplemente hermoso, con un estilo único y muy cuidado, lleno de detalles que lo hacen especial desde el primer momento.
Pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el staff: increíblemente amable, cercano y siempre disponible. Te hacen sentir protegida, bienvenida y completamente a gusto, como en casa.
Además, nos dieron un detalle de bienvenida realmente muy apreciado, un gesto que demuestra la atención y el cariño con el que tratan a sus huéspedes.

It was a very pleasant stay. It is so rare to get such a level of hospitality as we did get in Refugio del Jaguar. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. They gave us many recommendations and lent us metro card for the duration of our stay. The common area is very charming and cozy! When we had to check out early morning we also got a take away breakfast.
The only challenge might be that there are no windows but they let you know upfront and for a 2-3 nights stay it shouldn't be an issue for you.

La colazione era perfetta. Ricca e tipica del posto. Situata nel patio tra gli alberi.
El personal muy amable. Las hamacas son elementos que se agradecen para descansar fuera de la habitación.
No hay una separación completa entre el baño y la habitación. Por lo que se pierde un poco la privacidad. Igualmente, se pudiera buscar la manera de que haya aire acondicionado en los cuartos.

Nos encantó el refugio pero sobre todo su personal, muy amable y profesional, en particular Danny, una persona excepcional.
Muy buena ubicación, a 1 minuto del parque El Poblado. de donde salen la mayoría de los tours.
El desayuno increíble, el mejor que hemos probado en Colombia
Un alojamiento original y lleno de personalidad con zonas comunes muy agradables y un personal muy atento. Su ubicación es muy buena para caminar por el Poblado o incluso moverse con el transporte público.
Habitaciones sin ventana y au ubicación también tiene un punto negativo ya que está cerca de bares con música que suena toda la noche y es complicado dormir.
Honestly, they really were phenomenal. Super safe and so friendly. Each day they greeted me like I was the only person staying there. Also they were so helpful in finding me tours and good places to explore. Juan Pablo and Daniel were always there smiling and being amazing. Thank you!!
