The decor was beautiful. It felt like the outdoors brought in. The staff were amazing and spoke good English. Would recommend 👌 best place we stayed throughout our whole trip.
Loved it all.
The staff was fantastic and very helpful, and the breakfast was great.

This is an amazing hotel!!
Firstly the location is great, and the hotel feels super safe with a 24/7 front desk and a lock on the front door. The interior of the hotel is beautiful with lots of relaxation/social space. There was also great WiFi, and a wonderful hot shower.
The 2 best things about the hotel were:
1) the free breakfast was delicious!!
2) the staff!!!! They were all so so kind and helpful and smiley and really made our stay special.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone :)
Todo. Es precioso, muy atentos, encantadores, la ubicación
Todo bien
El desayuno y la ubicación lo mejor
Todo muy viejo y mal conservado. Falta reforma.
Everything, the place and the staff, Samuel the receptionist is so kind and friendly, the food is amazing.
Beautifully decorated, amazing breakfast, welcoming staff, comfortable bed
Unable to flush toilet paper but that’s across Medellin - not an issue related to this accommodation
Amazing staff, excellent location and very clean amenities!
I really liked Jaguar. The location is fantastic, a few hundred meters off loud, main roads so the street in front is quiet, but steps away from restaurants, tiendas, and Parque de El Poblado. The restaurants and nightlife of that safe barrio are all within an easy stroll. The staff was fabulous. I struggled with my Spanish, but the staff spoke English when I needed it. They were also very responsive, helpful, and courteous (what more could you ask for?). The room was very large with a big, walk-in shower, extra pillows, a large bed, very clean, with sufficient lighting. The fridge in the breakfast area held plenty of potable water, milk (for coffee?), some juice (and some guests had left some wine there too ;-). Along with the fridge, they had great coffee and hot water (with teas) available all day. The public areas were quiet, spacious, and had some comfortable places to relax; like the three hammocks on the second floor above the coffee. They had tons of books available too. The place lived up to its name, because it definitely was a refuge from the 'craziness' of El Poblano. I think you could comfortably hang out there for some time, but with all the excitement Medellin offers, why would you?
I'd categorize Jaguar as an ultra-high-end hostel. So, if you're expecting (looking for) a western-style, Marriottish experience, you won't find it here. There isn't air conditioning. The room had a fan. That said, the temperature was pleasant during my stay, so the fan was fine. The bed and sheets are clean, but the bed itself is a bit hard. I like a firm mattress, so it was good for me. The door didn't have a latching handle. It had a deadbolt lock with a fixed handle on the door to hold the door closed when you latch the lock; it swung open if it wasn't deadbolted. The room has a tile floor, with 'adobe-like' walls, and a wooden ceiling. They have just a couple of rugs, so acoustically. there's an echo. The room had no windows, so there wasn't any natural airflow (the fan did a good job of moving air though). The door has space under it and isn't 'tight', so sound does get past it (It might not be a good place for romance unless you like to share. ;-) They provide earplugs, and I wasn't bothered by any sounds all night.

I got robbed at the corner at night
The staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was traditional and very delicious. The building is so spacious and peaceful, I thought I was the only guest staying, even though it was full. A true refuge from the hussle and bustle of the city.
There wasn't anything I disliked.
