La atención del personal y el servicio. Personas muy amables y atentas a cualquier requerimiento. Habitaciones bien adecuadas y limpias, bien aisladas del ruido del exterior. En general fue una estadía muy agradable. Recomendado.
Que no incluyeran el servicio de aire acondicionado por el valor ya pagado, cobran un adicional de 15.000 por día si se quiere usar el aire. Aunque no es del todo necesario, el lugar es bastante fresco y solo con el ventilador es suficiente.

El sector donde queda ubicado.. Es muy feo y hasta peligroso.. El taxista ni siquiera conocía, el hotel y x dirección no lllegaba
El check in fue a tiempo incluso podías agendar que llegabas un poco antes y ya tenían la habitación, espacio limpio y la atención del personal muy buena.

I like how friendly the staff was and the room was also clean.
The fan on our room was sooo noisy and it was hot, not much of ventillation.
The location was close to Terminal del Norte, however, do not walk around at night it was a bit of a sketchy. Though nothing happened to us but be careful.
El hotel es exageradamente higiénico, igualmente los empleados prestan un excelente servicio y la administración se preocupó por atender dudas e inquietudes.
Lastimosamente el lunar grande es que escogí el hotel en buena medida porque ofrece servicio de paraueadero, sin embargo la sorpresa fue que no tiene servicio de parqueadero y los autos se deben ubicar en la calle, lo cual resultó muy molesto para mi estadía
