I am writing to express my strong disappointment with this establishment. The 8.3 rating is highly inaccurate. Upon arrival, the room was noticeably uncleaned; the floors had prominent mop stains, surfaces had not been wiped down, and there were stained prints visible throughout. Furthermore, the curtains were dirty, no coffee cups were provided, and there was no access to Wi-Fi. This establishment is undoubtedly losing money due to these operational failures. They urgently need new management to turn this place around.
