The best thing about the hotel was the staff. They are beyond great. They are extremly friendly and helpful. They tried their best to make our stay comfortable with their patience and genuine willingliness to help. Special thanks to Mr. Michelle, Abanob & Mina and everyone else. I also like the access to the resort pool because the hotel's pool is too small and the resort's pool is beautiful and clean.. Also the hotel's part of the beach is clean.

Cons:

The hotel rooms are a bit old and need major maintainance and renovation. In one room 204 the air conditioning was not working and sewage was bad. In room 223 & 203 the TVs in two rooms are not working, and the windows doesn't close properly and makes wind sound at night. Shower cabin in room 224 is broken. Food needs to be upgraded with more varieties.
A major upgrade needs to be done because really it will be ranked superb if you upgrade it as the location, view and staff are all great.
