Beautiful and relaxing
Pros:

We treated ourselves and stayed in a family suite with sea views and private pool. Our room was very comfortable and had it's own outdoor area with somewhere to sit and a spa. Our adult Daughter who was traveling with us had her own separate room and outdoor area on the other side of the private pool and sunbed area which meant we could spend time together but also had our privacy. The view was amazing and the breakfast which we had brought to us each morning was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and the massage at the spa very relaxing.

Cons:

This is no fault of the hotel, but we did visit late in the season so a lot of things nearby had already closed. We still had places open to visit but choice was limited. Fortunately the hotel is a great place to spend your time and relax.

Fantastic experience at this hotel on Ios, if I ever return to Ios, this is where I would stay!
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was simply exceptional! The hotel went above and beyond to ensure my friends and I had the best experience during our stay in the island! I couldn’t fault a thing! The views from the room, the pool, the breakfast, the staff… Were simply incredible! Not too mention you are situated on the beautiful Mylopotas beach!

Relaxing, comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable
Pros:

The location was very central, easy access to friendly and very helpful staff, clean and great hotel. Loved pool and bar and breakfast. Mylopotas beach, Chora and to great restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. Pool was huge, with great views, an awesome pool bar and lots of single and double sun beds.

Cons:

Didn't like the bed being up against the wall on one side. Very uncomfortable getting in and out of bed. Didn't like that there wasn't a bench to place 2 large suitcases on. Although hotel staff brought in mobile folding racks.

Chambre vieillissante limite pour un 4 *,besoin de rénovation , mauvaises odeurs .
Mauvaises odeurs à la piscine qui réduisent l’accès au bar. Dommage pour un établissement qui se vaut haut de gamme.

Beautiful view and great staff.
Pros:

Great location next to the beach. The pool was wonderful. The staff was nice and helpful. Had a great couple's massage. Was able to arrange a transfer from the port to the hotel without any problem. The room was clean, and the hotel supplied toiletries and bottled water on a daily basis. The view from the room was gorgeous. The daily breakfast was delicious. 10/10 will return.

Cons:

Small elevator, and you do have to walk up some steps. The hotel is also located sort of on a hill which is steep, so wear the proper and comfy shoes!

Relaxing stay
Pros:

Really lovely stay at Ios palace hotel. Originally there was a mix up with one of my bookings, one via a travel agent so not their fault, as had booked 2 rooms. However, the friendly, efficient hotel reception sorted it out quickly and got us a great room with seaview. Room comfortable and clean. Loved the 2 pool areas for guests and the location with great view along the beach. Staff friendly welcoming and professional. Good pool service, and breakfast and food was good as well. The location is easy access to beach and other great restaurants nearby. The beach didn’t feel crowded even in August as big gaps between lounger set ups. Was at first concerned about day beach club at end of beach but you couldn’t hear it, and our adult teens loved it. Relaxing stay.

Die Lage am Strand mit Blick aufs Meer ist schön. Das Frühstück eher Durchschnitt für das Preis-Niveau.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein sogenanntes Deluxe Zimmer. Die Ausstattung ist aber eher, ohne zu übertreiben, auf dem Niveau von zwanzig Jahre alten Ikeamöbeln. Nichts ist in Ordnung, alles krumm und schief und beschädigt. Das Badezimmer stinkt erbärmlich.
