Everything was just perfect!!The location is unbelievable with a fantastic Seaview & the staff were very welcoming, especially Matina & Dimitri …we even received a complimentary upgrade to the IOS Grand Suites ..10/10 AMAZING !!🤩🤩

I’d like to come back there …
Pros:

The hotel is well located near the city, next to a public transport station, with access to a beautiful beach.
The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful at every step, trying to make your stay as pleasant and interesting as possible, especially the restaurant staff.
Touring IOS, sights, cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy various delicacies, I would especially like to highlight the hotel's restaurant "Tomatini", which far exceeded the offer with quality dishes compared to other restaurants in the area.

It was superb - we totally enjoyed the few days we had there and can’t wait to come back.
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great served in a lovely setting. The location was great - near the beach but transport was easily available for the town. The staff were all excellent - very friendly, helpful and so polite.

Cons:

The drains weren’t great - neither the shower or sink drained properly and could smell at times!

Pros:

The included breakfast was delicious. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the drinks by the pool! The location is wonderful. It was very quiet and peaceful during our stay.

Cons:

It can be a long trek up to some of the sea view rooms. It would be nice to have somewhere to get pool towels by the upper pool also.

Fantastic experience at this hotel on Ios, if I ever return to Ios, this is where I would stay!
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was simply exceptional! The hotel went above and beyond to ensure my friends and I had the best experience during our stay in the island! I couldn’t fault a thing! The views from the room, the pool, the breakfast, the staff… Were simply incredible! Not too mention you are situated on the beautiful Mylopotas beach!

Beautiful and relaxing
Pros:

We treated ourselves and stayed in a family suite with sea views and private pool. Our room was very comfortable and had it's own outdoor area with somewhere to sit and a spa. Our adult Daughter who was traveling with us had her own separate room and outdoor area on the other side of the private pool and sunbed area which meant we could spend time together but also had our privacy. The view was amazing and the breakfast which we had brought to us each morning was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and the massage at the spa very relaxing.

Cons:

This is no fault of the hotel, but we did visit late in the season so a lot of things nearby had already closed. We still had places open to visit but choice was limited. Fortunately the hotel is a great place to spend your time and relax.
