It was a fun weekend gateaway. Kids want to go back next year.
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good, pool was nice, the room was big and clean. Our highlight was the petting zoo. The rabbits and hamsters were a hit and the gentleman taking care of them was very friedly and polite. The kids loved it.

Cons:

Lunch and dinner could have a bit more variety.

Super Aufenthalt, für alle etwas dabei!
Pros:

Von zuhause braucht es nur die eigenen Klamotten und Sonnenschutz sowie eine Haarbürste und Zahnbürste, sonst ist alles da. Duschgel, Haarshampoo, Conditioner, Bodymilk, Windeln, Feuchttücher, usw.
Alles was zuhause vergessen wurde, kann zu Wucherpreisen bei der Mitzitant oder zu regulären Preisen einige Kilometer weiter bei DM oder Spar gekauft werden.

Buggy’s können ausgeliehen werden, sowie Babycams, Räder, Rausfallschutz usw.

Das Essen ist super, Buffet und für alle etwas dabei. Den Kindern hat es gut geschmeckt.

Cons:

Am gesamten Areal darf aufgrund der Vielzahl der Kinder nicht mit einer extrem Sauberkeit gerechnet werden und damit habe ich absolutes Verständnis. Aber das Zimmer sollte wirklich toptop sauber sein.

Pros:

Amazing location, nice slide just next to the hotel, very warm in the room

Cons:

I can’t understand why kids can’t go to sauna area at least for 1-2 hours a day. Even in public saunas there is an option for kids - special day or special time. But in KINDER hotel kids can’t get warm in saunas and warm baths. They are only allowed to the small swimming pool. We were really disappointed.

Pros:

The Kids Club and all hotel employees are very friendly to kids and it is an amazing place for little ones with a lot of activities and games. The food is good and a big variety for every taste.

Cons:

After 3 days all our clothes started to smell after fungus and the same bad smell was in the room even after opening all windows and getting fresh air inside. Something smells like in cellar even though the room was on 1st floor.

Sehr enttäuschend
Pros:

Gute Lage im Grünen, geräumiges Familienzimmer (Vorraum, 2 DZ, Bad, WC). Nettes Angebot für unseren 2jährigen (Große Sandkiste, Feuerwehrauto, Bagger und Motorrad. Meerschweinchen füttern).

Cons:

Bei Ankunft schmutziges Zimmer vorgefunden. Überall lange schwarze Haare, alter Staub, WC stinkt nach Urin, der Vorraum nach nassem Hund, Sofas vollgebröselt. Nach einer weiteren Reinigung nach wie vor unter der Seifenschale und in der verbauten Kinderbadewanne lange Haare gefunden, Gestank, Brösel und Staub.
Eine Matratze so durchgelegen, dass man in der Mitte in eine Mulde rutscht. Alle Polster (auch nach Tausch) sehr unbequem.
Fixe Essenszeiten obwohl Buffet (Frühstück erst ab 7.30, Mittags ab 12h, Abend ab 18h) - genau die Zeiten, wo unser Kind Mittagsschlaf macht und abends schlafen geht. Essen sehr salzig und wenig "Gesundes"
Entspricht weder von der Ausstattung, noch dem restlichen Angebot einem 4Stern Hotel.
Wir werden sicher nicht wiederkommmen, was schade ist, da die Anlage zwar in die Jahre gekommen ist, prinzipiell aber viel Charm hätte.
Aber 1700 Euro für 4 Nächte und dann ein schmutziges Zimmer, durchgelegene Betten und "Kantinen-Essen", ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Wonderful Kinderhotel with top value for the price
Pros:

Plenty of activities - hiking, excellent ski courses with really good tutors, huge indoor play ground, really nice rooms for families with 3+ kids. True all inclusive including alcohol drinks like beer and (not that bad) wine. Great breakfast, plenty of fruits and vegetables, good quality. Very family friendly rooms and facilities.

Cons:

The location is not that high in the mountains (~ 400 m above the see) and unfortunately there is not that much of snow even in the cold months like December and January. All inclusive is not very diverse. Swimming pool area was very slippy and I witnessed several people fall luckily without any serious injuries.

Amazing place for families with kids
Pros:

We liked that hotel offered plenty of activities for kids: pool, kids club, animals, etc. Stuff was amazing and we definitely recommend it. They even offer you a free wine bootle that you can choose and take it with you in the room.
