Pros:

On site laundry with a detergents you can purchase from receptionist.
Location is not that far from one nimman, maya mall and khao soi mae sai.
Breakfast are okay, and employees try to do their job properly.

Cons:

English are very limited but they try to help,
Interior inside the room are a bit outdated and some window cover need to be changed.
Found a piece of hair in the room, but its just a hair no biggie.

Mit Bolt oder Grab Taxi ist man schnell in der Stadt

Cons:

Zimmer sehr hellhörig! Lärm vom Nachbarn und vom Lift hörbar, keine Balkone.
Pool extrem kalt, nicht nutzbar
Beim Frühstück könnte mehr Abwechslung sein bzw. Auch was süßes

Pros:

Clean, spacious and just 10min walk to Nimman. Bathroom was very nice with a big bathtub. Bed was very big and comfy.

Ordentliches Hotel, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Super zentral und doch recht ruhig.
Zimmergröße sehr gut. Alles sauber, genug Platz um alles zu verstauen. Bequemes Bett und das Frühstück ist auch okay.
Eine Self-Service Wäscherei direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Nichts woran das Hotel was ändern könnte, es sind halt manchmal die Gäste die sich nicht benehmen können.

I won’t stay here again as it’s not value for money. I wonder why is their rating so high.

Location is good. Off the Main Street. Walking distance to One Nimman & Maya shopping mall

Cons:

Bed is very hard.
Wall is very thin so can hear neighbours speaking and their door opening/closing. Shower choke but staff said their maintenance staffs have left for the day. I insisted they fix it for me as I have not shower only then they clear the choke.
Bare minimum in the room, only 4 hangers, safe box not working, no hook to even hang the shower towels.

Best value & quality hotel near Nimman in lovely quiet area surrounded by good local food, coffee & massage opti
Pros:

Modern, fresh hotel near Nimman & great food options nearby. I really like the hotel had signage everywhere saying ‘Quiet Zone’ so guests really were mindful about noise levels in public areas. The room was very comfortable & I loved being able to sleep with the window open and no noise issues, slept so well. Reception were always helpful especially when I left it was peak hour & hard to get a taxi & they were helping me try to find something. Perfect size room too- spacious but not too big to feel lost.

Cons:

I thought it might be an issue with the pool being so close to the dining area but after breakfast service no one is often there so I had the whole area to myself (esp in the evenings) & the pool was long enough to do some laps.
