The hotel was absolutely beautiful in decor, the staff were wonderful, Jacky even took us to the train station last minute as we couldn’t find a bolt in time for our train! The facilities are amazing and the restaurant food was delicious! Couldn’t have asked for more on our stay in Chiang Mai.
We preferred the location to the city centre so more a watch out this is further out but it’s great to get a more a local feel and much quieter than the hubbub in the centre.

the bed has a nice aesthetic
when i arrived around 11pm, in which i notified the property that i would be arriving late, i had to try multiple doors, only to realize all were locked. I then called the property and had to wait for someone to make themselves available. again, this was after i had notified the property that i would be arriving later and they confirmed it was okay. There was an issue between charges between booking.com and the property and when trying to understand the buffer, i was told i could just find another accommodation… at 11pm. that already started me off wrong. upon getting into the room, the floor was dirty and the shower only has good water pressure if you want a cold shower. The wifi is also terrible. after laying down, i felt like a flint stone laying on rock. the bed is extremely hard. the entire stay, i was scared i would need to finally use my insurance as the floors are so slippery that i thought i was going to fall and bust my head or back. i was also given half of someone else’s ID copy so if you don’t care about your information being given to a random guest, book it! I blocked the information for protection of the poor guy but am posting the picture as proof. They say the rooms are sound proof so how did i wake up to the guest above me trying to grip the floor with their feet every morning and their phone receiving numerous calls, where i could clearly tell his phone was on VIBRATE! overall, this was my worst stay in thailand and i’ve stayed in places half the price of this one! at least the bed was cute and they have a cute dog and fish….

Škoda jen že mají pouze několika chodové menu a neuvaří pouze jedno jídlo. Trošku smrděla klimatizace.

What a beautiful hotel this is. I loved every single second of it. The shower was amazing it was red hot and powerful. The room was huge.. the chef was lovely and all the staff were extremely lovely. The pool was an added bonus too.. I loved the little dog (16years old) the only thing that upset me was listening to him cough as I thought it was hurting him… 🥹 I could hear him from my room
