I informed the hotel by phone in advance that I would arrive after midnight and that I was traveling with a pet.
They told me the room key would be left at the reception. However, when I arrived at around 2 AM, there was no key prepared and no staff around. I was tired, it was very late, and I had no idea what to do. It was a very bad experience.
I also mentioned beforehand that I had a pet, but they never informed me that there would be an extra charge. They only told me upon arrival that it costs 100 THB per night, and the staff’s attitude was quite unfriendly.
The room floor was also very dirty, and there were no slippers provided. Overall, the stay was disappointing.
Behalve de locatie is er verder niets goeds te melden over deze hotel.
Heb je een shuttle erbij gereserveerd, dan krijg je die niet. Telefoons worden ook niet beantwoord. Hygiëne middelmatig.Vriendelijkheid idem dito
Very cute design, very spacious and comfortable rooms. The colorful windows are very pretty.
The front desk was not always occupied, even after calling we didn’t reach anyone
Beautiful property, large rooms, daily water + tea and coffee, generally strong wifi, quiet, common areas cleaned + maintained daily, use of utensils + bowls, being able to have rooms easily switched to a brighter one + switching out mattresses, friendly and helpful staff, nice outdoor areas, AC, good for a stay of 1-3 weeks, good for exploring the mountains nearby
Room was not cleaned beyond daily toilet/garbage/towels when we stayed for a month, so parts of the bathroom got gross. As well there was general disregard for if the bedding got dirty and those parts were clearly displayed - we got tired of stripping the bedding ourselves if it needed washing. PIGEONS at 6:30 daily. The room we were initially put into was dark, smelled strongly of mold, and noisy from next door. All mattresses range from firm to very hard (like sleeping on a yoga mat covering a wood floor - maybe that's good for you!) Far from the city if you want to visit often.
The location was very beautiful. It was very calm, and the rooms were very clean
If you have a GRAB app, then there is no problem. But if you don’t have that, then everything is very far away. The first 7-eleven was a 20 min walk.
This place is an absolute gem. The scale is enormous, filled with trees and flowers and smooth wooden architecture, with incredible sunsets. It is unbelievably quiet, and terrifically spacious. The rooms are large and accommodating. Though only one staff member speaks English, she's lovely. Outside, there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy yourself.
The location has its pros and cons: the downside of the quiet and space is that it's far from just about anything, though you can easily order food delivery (keep in mind most taxis have a hard time locating it). Upon arrival, I kept having to switch rooms: my first room had a foul smell from the nearby bathroom; the next room had a broken shower and the constant sound of pigeons on the roof; the third room had no hot water. Thankfully the staff quickly solved the problems, but I think they could use an upgrade on the hotel upkeep.
The space of the room

Very close to the city but also feeling out in nature. Peaceful
Owner was good and i was greeted by a cute husky when i arrived, it is quiet and near to airport.
Almost No good restaurants nearby.
It was squeaky.
It was on second floor you have to carry your own bags as property lacks lift.
Expensive for the facilities provided and location is very far from the center.
No way to commute with no public transport nearby.
Always take taxi which is also not available whenever you need due to location being far away from center.
Aircon sucks.
Place looked rundown and needs repairs.
Clean rooms and really friendly staff. There was no breakfast, but at 8:00 we could buy some coffee and tea and there were also some croissants. The contact with the owner was really quick and easy. Friendly dog, who was in the garden in the morning. A little bit old-fashioned but nice place to stay on the way to Doi Inthanon. Really clean!
Bed a bit hard.
