Kind 1 of the best 4 star hotel I've stayed.. quite location, decent clean breakfast, friendly staff, room wasn't bad, I had a happy 5 day stay..
I found some ants at times in my room in the 5 day stay, I was next to the swimming pool, on ground floor so it made sense to me, specially if the previous guys who stayed there, ate something in the room. I should of say that to the reception so they do something about it, but i was happy from all the rest, so I didn't want to complain!
Lovely, helpful staff. Provides two key cards so you can leave one in the room when you go out. Lovely balcony where you can smoke if you wish. Cleaning staff were amazing and replaced water/coffee/shampoo etc everyday - also available to request room cleaning up until 3pm and they still cleaned when we requested a little late (2:50). Breakfast was also included and yummy.
The bed was extremely hard/firm but I think this is common for hotels in Chiang Mai as my other hotel there had a hard bed too. The wifi was very inconsistent and sometimes didn’t work for full days making the smart TV unusable and difficult to reconnect to. The shower pressure was weak (and cold) because the room did not have hot water so unfortunately I did not get to use the bath despite paying extra for a room with a bath (I tried to fill it with the kettle but the bath is too large) the jets on the bath did work though so if they sorted that it would be a great bath.

Localização não muito boa. Bar muito barulhento em frente ao hotel. Sem opções de restaurantes por perto. Não há varanda no quarto, a mesma fica num “cercadinho” no corredor… um pouco esquisito. Janela do quarto muito pequena, com vista horrível.

Rooms well presented , staff very helpful
Cooked food cold, not kept warm. Prevented me from having full breakfast as sausages, hash Brownes, stir fry , rice left and milk left for hours without heat.
Location, staff, room (family suite) and facilities were all wonderful.
The breakfast is quite weak but good enough.
Pool, room service
Property was really clean and spacious. Luxury facilities like the tv was much appreciated.
Nothing in particular everything was lovely. Even the pool closing at night we asked staff to just sit and chill there and they didn’t have an issue.
