Disappointing Service
Pros:

The property is new so the rooms are nice and new. The food was pretty good and the Dunns Rum Club is probably the best thing at this resort.

Cons:

The basic thing in an all inclusive is people should be walking around and checking on you periodically. This was non existent unless you were in a butler room. In the 4 days we were there, we had to get all our drinks ourselves. No one asked us if we needed anything, people picked up our cups without offering to refill our drinks. The butlers are very obtrusive. They come out very early and take all the good chairs so its difficult for regular guests unless you come out at 7 am or earlier. They took the cabanna we booked which took time to resolve. I hope its teething issues as the resort is new but I personally won't go back. Sandals needs to set some better rules for butlers. There are chairs taken and no one shows up all day while people are looking for a spot. Butlers come out early and take all the good spots. The biggest thing is that people need to come check on you and bring drinks, thats like the most basic thing in any resort. Paying 400 per night per person and having to do everything yourself makes no sense. Go RIU next door for half the price and better service.

Beautiful rooms beautiful beach and pool,
lovely snack bar always open

Cons:

Very small buffet breakfast, every restaurant was a la carte and took hours to get served.

Extremely expensive spa for no reason, massage wasn’t worth 200 dollars at all.
