Pros:

Mooie inrichting, maar niet zo praktisch. Er werd snel een scooter voor ons geregeld.

Cons:

Weinig opbergruimte (geen kast oid). Deur in badkamer ging naar binnen en kon niet dicht. Was erg krap. Douche was een beetje smoezelig/vies. Handdoeken waren gewassen maar vol met vlekken. Personeel was niet aardig zoals je gewend bent van thailand. Geen begroeting. We kwamen aan en werden bijvoorbeeld niet naar onze hotelkamer begeleidt.

Nice but not exceptional
Pros:

Breakfast was modest but sufficient. Enjoyed the design of the room and the location of the hotel the most. Got a great massage across the street and great coffee at the cafe next door.

Cons:

Coffee at breakfast was surprisingly bad. Pool next to eating area attracted mosquitoes. Room smaller than we expected but nevertheless OK.

Pros:

L’établissement est très joli , le personnel charmant , l’emplacement pas trop loin de la vieille ville .

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas super et l’insonorisation des chambres une catastrophe !

Nice but wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

The room decor and amenities were good!
And the location was also great!

Cons:

The staff were incredibly unpleasant, unprofessional and unhelpful.
There were on their phones 24/7 and everything you asked of them was a big problem. Very poor!
The bathrooms were moldy.
There was no soundproof at all. You could hear everything from the rooms next door and the corridors.
The pool only had light until noon, after that was in the shade and there were only 4 lounge chairs for all the guest.
Breakfast was mid.

Pros:

The design of this property is beautiful and it is in a great location - peaceful and quiet but close enough to walk into the centre of the old city of Chiang Mai. The beds were super comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are beautifully designed but were lacking in a number of areas - they were dark and gloomy and it felt as though the design was placed before the needs of the guests eg a lack of plug sockets on one side of the bed. The bathroom was again rather gloomy and the shower didn’t drain properly. The pool looked lovely but not really useable as there were only three sunbeds, which were largely in the shade. If you are looking for a property where you can relax by the pool, this is probably not the right place.
