Pros:

La decoración. Los espacios son limpios. Los trabajadores son educados y amables.

Cons:

Espacios pequeños en los servicios higiénicos de la habitación. Adicional que sería bueno que mejoren la comunicación de sus politicas internas. En el restaurante tambien se puede mejorar.

Great location, beautify views and friendly staff.
Pros:

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, the views of the beach from the balcony, the balcony itself was large with a tv and sofa to relax and enjoy, the cleanliness of the room, the included breakfast; and having a restaurant in the hotel was convenient and the food was pretty good.

Cons:

The balcony room was a bit pricey compared to other interior rooms. I wish they offered extra pillows for the bed. The ones there were a little flat for my comfort. The bathroom was small but sufficient for our needs. The elevator starts from the second floor so having to carry luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the reception. While most staff were very pleasant and friendly, the lady at the reception was a little too dry and serious when checking us in. She was very helpful though in getting us a taxi as needed throughout our stay. Otherwise, everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Will not stay there again
Pros:

Location is nice.

Cons:

I had stayed in this hotel a few times before and had been overall pleased will it. But this time the staff was unwelcoming. The person at the desk wasn't helpful, she was dismissive when I requested water for the room and assistance to park my vehicle in their lot which is a block away. The regular restaurant which offered good service in past visits was being remodeled. There was no dinner served and breakfast service was at a top roof terrace. The person cleaning the facilities took my order when I walked in the next morning. She left the rag to take my order and I noticed she did not wash her hands before preparing a basic fruit juice and the overly fried eggs she brought to the table. I had to ask her to cut the blasting music. When asked about the WiFi signal, she said there was none but both my phone and Pad reported there was more than one WiFi source at the premises. All these mishaps, and for the same rate they usually charge when it all goes well. I gladly terminated my stay and resumed my trip. All and all, not worth it off-season, maybe during the summer...

Nice setting. We would love to stay there again.

Location and the rooms

Cons:

The breakfast. Compared to hotels of the same of lower class you get less. They did not ask if we would like coffee or tea. They just gave us coffee (tea is very common i Peru). We did not try to ask for it later. Normally you get also juice. There was no juice. There were 2 buns of bread, some butter and some jam. In hotels with lower prices they either have a buffet or ask you if you would like eggs with ham and cheese or so.

If put in front/side room, and bathroom cleaner, hotel would have been an 8
Pros:

Rooftop amazing. Staff very nice. Perfect location.

Cons:

I was put in the worst room in the hotel. Back, 3rd floor, just over the street. Motorcycles beneath my window all day/night. Spent most time on roof.

Glass in room was not cleaned prior to my visit, and cockroach in bathroom the morning.

Great beach promenade location and building with old world charm and friendly, honest staff. 👏👏👏

Cons:

Not a lot but Peru’s poor public space standards let if down… like, sewerage smells at night - who needs?
