Cons:

A rovinare la nostra vacanza è stata la signora che stava alla reception, peccando di invadenza in quanto entrava senza chiedere permesso nella nostra stanza, e ci ha obbligato a saldare il quad e il taxi in contanti, senza accettare il pagamento con la carta di credito.
Inoltre si prendeva la libertà di deriderci in seguito a un disagio avvenuto con delle chiavi rimaste chiuse nel bagaglio del quad.
Ci guardava come se fossimo un fenomeno da baraccone, e questo non deve accadere con nessun cliente, perché è un servizio a pagamento e la cordialità insieme alla professionalità sono fondamentali affinché un cliente possa sentirsi appagato per aver sborsato una somma ingente.
Consiglio spassionato: meno risate e più professionalità.
Non torneremo più!!

Increible!!
Pros:

Nuestro vuelo se retrasó y llegábamos más tarde de lo previsto, que ya era tarde igualmente. Nos hicieron el favor de recibirnos a pensar de la hora
La habitación es increíble, el mejor hotel en el que hemos estado, privacidad, comodidad, lo tiene todo
Para nuestro gusto mejor que alojarse en el centro

Best stay in Santorini
Pros:

Perfect view, very calm and cozy, very well equipped in all senses, amazing bed and very good location (super close to Oia). From experience, I can definitely say that it was one of the best stays in Santorini. Everything was perfect.

Cons:

They didn’t give us an endless supply of coffee capsules 🤣

Hébergement très agréable et très bien positionné.
Pros:

Taille de l'hébergement, les services hoteliers (c'est à dire le nettoyage de chambre tous les jours), la qualité de l'hébergement très récent et de haute qualité. La piscine très bien aussi.

Cons:

C'est un détail mais il manquait des plaques de cuisson pour que cela soit parfait et il fait vite jour dans l'hébergement le matin. Mais ce sont deux détails.

The property was clean and modern. It was very spacious as well.

The pool took long to heat up and did not even heat up properly. it was still cold.
