Amazing to the extent that I booked extra nights with you
Pros:

You staff is amazing and that is well worth a return trip
They were very friendly extremely helpful and accommodating
For the purpose of my visit you provided and fulfilled my needs
your manager -tall gentleman ,Lust and the young lady Shell was too kind
I will return when next I come to Guangzhou

Cons:

I could have asked for special Halaal meals especially over the time of the fair like specila meats more fish and cooked in sepaerate pots

Staff are excellent and very helpful
Pros:

The staff and the facilities are really excellent. Lots of things to do.

Cons:

The internet needs to be improved it’s very slow and sometimes breakfast some food wrongly labelled and their more fish options.

the location is good.

Cons:

iron is steam iron which is not enough for the suit. no wall plug near the iron. the carpet is dirty. the room is not ready before 14:00 and wait for another 1 hour for the room cleaning up. Breakfast is poor and the free coffer is not available after 10:00.
