Pros:

Value for money as it is closer to Cross-cut road and near to Bus stand. Room was spacious and clean. TV and air-conditioning was working properly.

Cons:

Situated right next to a local bar, so family ladies might find it awkward and unsafe, this road has two TASMAC as well.
