Pros:

Mooiste hotel van Hallstatt. Rustieke typische Alpen-stijl aan de buitenkant, mooi en modern aan de binnenkant. Prachtig houten terras met zicht op Hallstatt, het meer en de bergen. Ik ben tientallen keren het terras terug opgegaan. Grote goed ingerichte badkamer, grote inloopdouche. Zacht groot bed. Zetel en klein bureautje met stoel. Vlakbij de haven gelegen, winkels en restaurants vlakbij op een paar minuten loopafstand.

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir am frühen Morgen warmes Wasser zum Duschen gehabt hätten.
Selbst nach längerem warten, kam nur eiskaltes Wasser aus der Dusche !

Amazing location right above Marketplatz, comfortable, cute balcony, but the hot water could be improved.

Amazing location right above Marketplatz, comfortable bed, cute balcony and a good size room.

Cons:

The hot water worked for about 10 minutes the whole 2 nights I was there so showering was very quick. The walls between rooms were also a bit thin.

A localização é inigualável, mesmo no meio de Hallstat na praça principal. Este é verdadeiramente o ponto alto deste espaço. O quarto tinha uma varanda muito bonita.

Cons:

Por duas vezes não tivemos água quente. O check-in só pode ser feito até às 22:00, depois disso, a reserva é cancelada.

Good, but for $290 a night and a stained sofa and broken bathroom door
Pros:

Room with a view ! Location is prime. Bed very comforable.

Cons:

The sofa was stained and disgusting. The staff basically shrugged at it , and offered a downgraded room. They didn’t care. Had to cover the stain with the tablecloth of the small desk. Pillows were lumpy. The bathroom door was taped with duct tape! Piss poor for $290 a night !

Best Location and great views from our room
Pros:

Perfect location, we had the best room of the hotel, with amazing views and we loved the friendly staff, our stay was wonderful as it is in the center and walking distance to almost everything

Cons:

It was clean but some “hard to reach” areas weren’t very clean. Key areas like bedding and bathrooms were clean though.
